It is revised version of 0-52806,designed for Reliance MaxPak Plus series spindle DC drive rack,cooperates with ARM armature regulator board. It outputs resolver excitation signal and demodulates sine/cosine resolver signals to provide high-precision motor speed and position feedback for closed-loop control. Commonly used for maintenance and spare replacement of old industrial spindle DC drive equipment.

Function0-52806-1 is dedicated resolver feedback PCB for RELIANCE MaxPak Plus DC drive system. Generates stable AC excitation signal to motor resolver,receives modulated sine and cosine feedback signals. It completes high-precision signal demodulation,low-noise filtering and signal conversion,outputs analog speed and position feedback signal to armature regulator board. Front panel multi-turn potentiometers for amplitude gain and zero offset calibration. Dual LED indicators display board power status and valid resolver signal. Enhanced input surge and noise suppression circuit compared with 0-52806 base version,improving stability for long resolver cable application.

InstallationPower off the whole drive cabinet and cut main power supply. Insert 0-52806-1 resolver feedback board into drive rack slot and lock retaining screw. Connect gold finger backplane connector for internal feedback signal transmission. Separate resolver field wiring from high power pulse and analog control cables. Power on system,calibrate resolver gain and offset via potentiometers. Verify speed and position feedback synchronize with motor rotation.
