System compatibility0-52806 is RELIANCE rack plug-in resolver feedback board. It is designed for Reliance MaxPak Plus series spindle DC drive rack,cooperates with ARM armature regulator board. It provides excitation signal for resolver and demodulates resolver signal to obtain motor speed and position feedback for closed-loop control. Commonly used for maintenance and spare replacement of old industrial spindle DC drive equipment.

Function0-52806 is dedicated resolver feedback PCB for RELIANCE MaxPak Plus DC drive system. Generates AC excitation signal to motor resolver,receives resolver modulated sine/cosine feedback signals. Completes signal demodulation,filtering and conversion,outputs analog speed and position feedback signal to armature regulator board. Front panel multi-turn potentiometers for amplitude and zero offset calibration. Dual LED indicators display board power and valid resolver signal status. Built-in input surge protection circuit to prevent damage from resolver cable noise spike.

InstallationPower off the whole drive cabinet and cut main power supply. Insert 0-52806 resolver feedback board into drive rack slot and lock retaining screw. Connect gold finger backplane connector for internal feedback signal transmission. Separate resolver field wiring from high power pulse and analog control cables. Power on system,calibrate resolver gain and offset via potentiometers. Verify speed and position feedback synchronize with motor rotation.
