It is designed for Reliance MaxPak Plus series spindle DC drive rack,cooperates with ARM armature regulator board and gate drive board. It samples armature output voltage and feeds back conditioned voltage signal for voltage loop closed-loop control. Commonly used for maintenance and spare replacement of old industrial spindle DC drive equipment.

Function0-52839 is dedicated voltage feedback PCB for RELIANCE MaxPak Plus DC drive system. It acquires raw armature voltage signal from SCR power rectifier section,performs isolation,filtering and signal scaling. Output standardized analog voltage feedback signal to armature regulator for voltage closed-loop control and overvoltage protection. Front panel multi-turn potentiometers for voltage gain and zero offset calibration. Dual LED indicators display board power and valid voltage feedback status. Built-in high voltage isolation and surge suppression circuit to protect low voltage control circuit from power side high voltage spike.

InstallationPower off the whole drive cabinet and cut main power supply. Insert 0-52839 voltage feedback board into drive rack slot and lock retaining screw. Connect gold finger backplane connector for voltage feedback signal transmission. Separate high voltage power wiring and low-level signal wiring strictly. Power on system,calibrate voltage scale and zero offset via potentiometers. Verify sampled feedback voltage matches actual armature output voltage.
