Feature & Principle

It is Rexroth KE350G IL communication unit, core communication controller for 350 series industrial tightening system. It is used to coordinate multiple control units and realize data exchange with PLC, host computer and other external equipment. It has built-in logic function, supports IEC 61131-3 programming, one serial port plus three expansion slots for various interface cards. It communicates with SE352 via internal bus, completes automatic control of bolt tightening process, stable transmission of torque and angle data.
