Module Feature

R911190002 is the material number of Rexroth Indramat HVE04.2-W075N shared bus power supply module, belonging to the old Indramat HVE series servo power unit. Rated power 75kW, it rectifies three-phase AC power into stable DC bus voltage for supplying multiple servo inverters on the same DC link. It supports regenerative energy feedback processing, built-in inrush current limiting circuit, bus voltage monitoring and overvoltage protection. This is a discontinued legacy Indramat product, widely used for retrofitting and maintenance of old CNC machine tools, hydraulic presses and multi-axis automated equipment.

Working principle

Three-phase alternating current is rectified and filtered to form DC bus voltage. The module stabilizes the bus voltage and supplies power to the connected servo drive axes. When servo motors decelerate and generate regenerative energy, the power supply handles excess energy via braking circuit or feedback path. It will lock output and trigger fault alarm once voltage, temperature or current exceeds threshold.

Onboard components

Input rectifier stack, pre-charge / inrush limiting circuit, DC bus capacitor bank, current and voltage sampling board, drive control board, cooling fan, DC bus copper busbar, status indicator circuit.

LED indicators

Front panel LEDs indicate mains ready, DC bus OK, run status, overload and fault trip.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

Power-on self-test and continuous monitoring detect phase loss, over-temperature, bus over/under voltage, pre-charge failure and internal hardware fault, and store fault codes.

Programming software

Indramat WinServ software, used for parameter check, status monitoring, fault log reading and firmware upgrade.

Installation

Install in ventilated electrical cabinet, separate power wiring and control signal wiring. Match DC bus polarity when connecting to servo inverters, complete pre-charge test before enabling axes. Clean fan and heat sink regularly.

Diagnostic

No DC bus output: Pre-charge circuit fault, input phase loss, main fuse blown. Bus overvoltage alarm: Regenerative load too large, brake circuit failure. Over-temperature fault: Fan failure, heat sink blocked by dust. Cannot communicate: Control board damaged or communication cable fault.
