Feature & Principle

It is Rosemount 8711 wafer electromagnetic flow sensor. It works on Faraday electromagnetic induction principle. When conductive liquid passes through the measuring pipe, induced voltage signal is generated and sent to the transmitter for flow calculation. Flangeless wafer design saves installation space and cost. Multiple liner and electrode materials are optional for corrosive liquid, sewage and slurry. It has no internal moving parts, low pressure loss and long service life.
