Module Feature

Sanyo Denki P50B05020DXSAJ is an AC brushless servo motor with low inertia rotor design. Rated power 200W, built-in high resolution rotary encoder for closed-loop position control. Compact frame size, high torque density, stable operation at low speed. Equipped with holding brake option, suitable for vertical axis application to prevent load falling when power off. High rigidity bearing structure, strong resistance to vibration. Widely used for positioning motion control in semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery automation equipment.

Working principle: The servo driver supplies three-phase AC power to motor windings. The built-in encoder feeds back rotor angle and speed signal back to servo drive. Drive adjusts output current in real time to achieve precise speed, torque and position control. The electromagnetic brake locks the shaft when power is cut off to maintain load position.
