Module Feature

Sanyo Denki PQM0A100EXXYST belongs to SANMOTION series AC servo amplifier. It is 200V class single/three phase input servo drive, designed to drive Sanyo Denki P series AC servo motors. Supports position, speed and torque three control modes. Built-in pulse command input, analog speed/torque input and serial communication interface. Multiple safety protection functions including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, overload and encoder error protection. DIN rail cabinet mounting, compact housing structure. Widely used for motion axis control in semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery automation equipment.

Working principle: The servo drive receives motion command signal from host controller. It converts AC input power into three-phase variable frequency AC power to drive servo motor. It receives encoder feedback signal from motor in real time, closed-loop calculation to adjust output current, realize precise position, speed and torque control. When fault occurs, the drive will cut off motor output immediately and output alarm signal.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Power off the system. Mount servo drive on DIN rail. Wire AC power, motor power cable and encoder feedback cable. Connect control signal wiring. Set motor parameters via configuration software, perform jog test and positioning test before formal operation.
