Sanyo Denki P50B07050DCLE belongs to P5 series medium inertia high performance AC servo motor. Rated power 0.5kW, 3-phase AC200V power supply, 50/60Hz. It adopts medium inertia permanent magnet rotor design, balancing fast response and stable load capacity. Built-in high resolution incremental encoder for real-time rotor position and speed feedback. Working principle

The matched servo amplifier outputs variable frequency three-phase AC power to drive the stator winding of the servo motor. The permanent magnet rotor rotates under the action of rotating magnetic field. The built-in incremental encoder continuously feeds back rotor position and speed signals to the servo drive. The servo controller performs high-speed closed-loop calculation to adjust output current, realizing precise torque, speed and position control. Once overtemperature or overcurrent fault is detected, the motor will trigger protection to stop operation and avoid component damage.
