Module Feature

Sanyo Denki U835T-012 is a high-reliability San Ace series DC axial cooling fan. Rated voltage DC12V, built-in hall sensor for rotational speed feedback signal output. Adopts long-life bearing structure, high static pressure design, stable air volume, good dust and vibration resistance. Compact square frame, easy cabinet installation. Widely used for heat dissipation of servo drives, industrial control cabinets, semiconductor automation equipment and power modules.

Working principle

DC power supplies the internal brushless motor, driving the fan blades to rotate and generate continuous airflow. The built-in hall sensor detects the rotational speed in real time and outputs pulse feedback signal to the host control system. When abnormal conditions such as locked rotor occur, the internal protection circuit will cut off the drive to avoid burnout of the fan and peripheral equipment. It continuously takes away the heat generated by electronic components to maintain stable operating temperature of the equipment.

Installation

Diagnostic

Fan no rotation: No DC power supply, reversed wiring or locked rotor. Abnormal noise: Bearing wear, foreign matter stuck in fan blade. No speed feedback: Damaged signal wire or hall sensor failure. Intermittent stop: Overheating, poor contact of power terminal. Short circuit fault: Cable insulation damage.
