Sanyo Denki P50B08100HXS1J belongs to P5 Super series medium inertia high performance AC servo motor. Rated power 1.0kW, 3-phase AC200V power supply, 50/60Hz. It adopts medium inertia permanent magnet rotor design, achieves stable high torque output with excellent dynamic response. Built-in high-resolution absolute encoder for real-time rotor position and speed feedback, no battery required for position retention. Equipped with internal thermal sensor and multi-stage overcurrent protection. Compact flange housing, outstanding shock and vibration resistance. Working principle

The matched servo amplifier outputs variable frequency three-phase AC power to drive the stator winding of the servo motor. The permanent magnet rotor rotates under the action of rotating magnetic field. The built-in absolute encoder continuously feeds back rotor position and speed signals to the servo drive. The servo controller performs high-speed closed-loop calculation to adjust output current, realizing precise torque, speed and position control. Once overtemperature or overcurrent fault is detected, the motor will trigger protection to stop operation and avoid component damage.
