Sanyo Denki P60B18450RXV00 belongs to SANMOTION P series high performance AC brushless servo motor. Rated power 4.5kW, AC200V power class, high inertia rotor design. Built-in high resolution rotary encoder for closed-loop position feedback. Large square flange structure, high torque density, strong overload capacity and excellent dynamic response. Heavy duty double ball bearing assembly, outstanding vibration resistance and stable low-speed running performance. No built-in power-off holding brake, suitable for heavy load horizontal axis positioning applications. Widely used for heavy load precision motion axis in semiconductor wet bench and chemical delivery automation equipment.

Working principle

The matched servo amplifier outputs three-phase AC power to motor windings. The built-in encoder continuously feeds rotor angle and speed signal back to servo drive. The drive performs real-time closed-loop calculation and adjusts output current to realize precise torque, speed and position control. Without power-off brake, external mechanical locking device shall be equipped when applied to vertical load.
