System compatibilityHF047-403 belongs to SEW HF series sine output filter,specially matched for MOVIDRIVE series inverters. It can be applied for single drive or multi parallel motor group drive systems. Widely used for conveyor,packaging and material handling automation equipment,legacy SEW drive system maintenance and spare replacement.

FunctionThis sine output filter converts the PWM square-wave output of inverter into smooth sine waveform. It suppresses voltage spikes and high-frequency discharge current on long motor cables over 100 meters,protects motor winding insulation from peak voltage damage. It reduces motor running noise and extra heat,also suitable for non-SEW standard motors without inverter-grade insulation. It only works under V/f and VFC control modes and is not recommended for hoist applications.

InstallationDisconnect main power before installation. Install HF047-403 inside control cabinet,placed between inverter output terminals and motor cable. Keep short wiring between inverter and filter. Reserve enough ventilation space above and below filter. Use shielded motor cable and reliable PE grounding. Separate power wiring from signal cables to avoid electromagnetic interference. Check all terminals tightness before power on.

Interface3-phase input terminals(U1,V1,W1),3-phase output terminals(U2,V2,W2),protective earth terminal.
