Feature & Principle

It is a numerical multifunction feeder protection relay of Siemens SIPROTEC 4 7SJ62 series. It samples three-phase current and voltage signals, executes directional phase overcurrent, sensitive earth fault, undervoltage, overvoltage and frequency protection. It supports breaker close/trip control, event logging and oscillographic fault recording. Configurable binary inputs and relay outputs are used for interlock and alarm. It supports multiple communication protocols for SCADA connection, and parameter configuration is completed via DIGSI 4 software. This model is widely used as maintenance spare for legacy medium voltage switchgear.
