It can operate as standalone multi-loop controller, or connect to upper DCS/HMI via Ethernet / Modbus for data exchange. FunctionThis panel mounted multi-loop controller executes continuous PID control, cascade control, sequential logic and interlock functions. It receives analog signals from field transmitters and outputs control signals to regulating valves for temperature,pressure,flow and liquid level control. It supports function block or ladder logic configuration, local operation via front panel or PC configuration software. InstallationCut off AC power before installation. Fit the controller into cabinet panel cutout and fasten mounting brackets. Download control strategy and configure PID, alarm and communication parameters after power on, then perform loop commissioning.
