3625 is TMR triple‑modular‑redundant supervised digital output module for Triconex Tricon Classic safety instrumented system. It receives safety‑logic commands from main processor and outputs switching signals for field safety actuators.
32‑point common‑end output with point‑to‑point galvanic isolation; adopts 2oo3 hardware voting mechanism,each channel controlled by three independent circuit paths,single‑path fault will not trigger unsafe output. Built‑in load supervision circuit,capable of detecting open‑circuit,short‑circuit and missing‑load fault conditions. Output circuit adopts self‑protection design,no external fuse required on module body.
Hot‑swap design allows module replacement without SIS system shutdown. Front‑panel multi‑LED indicates module running,fault,load abnormal and channel on‑off status. Widely deployed in petrochemical,oil‑gas and thermal‑power SIS safety racks for safety‑critical solenoid valve driving.
