32‑point common‑reference input design,high‑density channel layout saves cabinet space. Adopts 2oo3 hardware voting mechanism,three independent circuit paths process field signals respectively,single‑path hardware fault will not affect module normal operation. Supports FVD forced‑value diagnostic function for channel fault detection. Supports hot‑spare redundant backup configuration.
Hot‑swap design allows module replacement without SIS system shutdown. Front‑panel multi‑LED indicates module running,fault,active and per‑point channel status. Must cooperate with dedicated baseplate 2301 or 2304 for field wiring. Widely deployed in petrochemical,oil‑gas and thermal‑power Trident SIS safety racks for mass discrete signal collection.
