Yokogawa AAI841 Analog I/O Module

Feature & Principle

It is a combined analog input and output module for Yokogawa CENTUM VP DCS FCS. It receives 4-20mA signals from field transmitters and converts analog signals into digital data for the controller. Meanwhile it converts control commands from FCS into 4-20mA output signals to drive control valves. HART communication version supports reading HART variable and device diagnosis. It can be configured as dual redundant to improve reliability for critical control loops. It communicates via FCS backplane bus and matches dedicated terminal board.
