Yokogawa CX2000 DAQ Measurement Recorder Unit

Module Feature

CX2000 is Yokogawa DAQSTATION series control and measurement station, has been discontinued. It integrates data recording, display and PID control function, supports up to 20 analog input channels and maximum 6 built‑in PID control loops. It is equipped with Ethernet port, supports web server, FTP and email alarm notification, can link with Yokogawa Green Series controllers to expand external control loops. Widely used in heat treatment furnace, chemical and thermal process monitoring.

Working principle

The device collects analog signals from field sensors, displays and stores historical data internally. It executes PID calculation to adjust output for process control, uploads real‑time and history data to upper system via Ethernet.

Onboard components

Signal acquisition circuit, PID control unit, display touch panel, internal storage module, Ethernet communication circuit, status LED and metal enclosure.

LED indicators

LEDs indicate power, recording status and alarm information.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

Detect signal overrange, storage error, Ethernet link fault, view alarm and event records on local screen.

Programming software

Parameter configuration and data analysis by Yokogawa DAQSTATION configuration software.

Installation

Install into cabinet panel cutout, lock the mounting bracket. Wire sensor input, control output and power terminals. Set channel range, PID parameters and network address on local panel.

Interface

Analog signal input terminals, control output terminals, RJ45 Ethernet port, USB storage port.

Diagnostic

Signal overrange: sensor fault or wrong range setting. Recording stop: storage media error. Network alarm: IP conflict or Ethernet cable failure.
