Yokogawa SAI143 Analog Input Module

Feature & Principle

It is Yokogawa SAI143 analog input module for ProSafe-RS safety instrumented system. It collects 4-20mA current signals from field transmitters and converts analog signals into digital data for SCS safety controller processing. It meets SIL3 safety requirement, supports single or dual redundant installation. It has built-in channel diagnosis and open-loop detection function to identify broken transmitter wiring. Hot swap design allows replacement without shutting down the safety rack, widely used for ESD, F&G and burner management safety control.
