Module Feature

0154MW-CLB is T25 series aerospace temperature sensor assembly designed for aircraft thermal monitoring.

It adopts high stability temperature sensitive element, hermetically sealed stainless steel housing for anti-vibration, anti-shock and anti-fluid erosion. It provides temperature signal output for engine compartment, bleed air or hydraulic fluid temperature measurement. It meets aviation strict environmental and airworthiness specification, suitable for long-term continuous operation under high vibration and rapid temperature change condition. It is stocked as critical MRO spare for aircraft maintenance and overhaul.

Working principle

Internal sensing element changes resistance value with temperature variation.

The resistance signal is transmitted to aircraft remote signal conditioner or avionics AI module. Flight control system converts resistance value into temperature reading, triggers over-temperature warning and equipment protection interlock, and stores temperature trend data for health monitoring.

Onboard components

Precision temperature sensing element, internal insulated lead wire, hermetically sealed stainless steel housing, aviation grade electrical connector, strain relief and locking fitting hardware.

LED indicators

Not applicable. Sensor health condition is judged by continuity check and signal reading from aircraft avionics system.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

No built-in indicator circuit. Avionics system detects open circuit, short circuit and out-of-range signal to generate fault alarm.

Programming software

Aircraft avionics maintenance tester, used for sensor continuity inspection, resistance value verification and calibration check.

Installation

Isolate relevant aircraft system before replacement.

Clean mounting thread and sealing surface, install sensor with proper torque, lock fitting securely, test continuity and temperature response together with avionics tester.

Interface

Threaded process mounting port, aviation circular electrical connector for signal wiring.

Diagnostic

Open circuit fault: Internal sensing element break or wire fracture. Abnormal resistance drift: Element aging or seal leakage with medium contamination. No valid reading: Connector pin corrosion, loose contact or wiring damage.
