Module Feature

BTC‑002X4‑F012 belongs to Siemens BT300 HVAC frequency drive. Rated 2HP, 480V three‑phase, equipped with dual contactor bypass structure and NEMA Type1 enclosure. It has integrated protection functions, specially designed for HVAC fans and water pumps.

Working principle

The inverter adjusts output frequency to change motor speed for energy saving. When the drive fails, the bypass contactor closes, and the motor runs directly on mains power to ensure continuous operation.

Installation

Mount unit on indoor wall. Wire main power, motor cable and control signal. Set ramp and protection parameters before commissioning, test bypass switching function.
