Module Feature

100405991 is a replacement sensing core assembly for industrial pressure transmitter.

It adopts stainless steel diaphragm and piezoresistive sensing chip design, with built-in temperature compensation circuit. The assembly is sealed and calibrated at factory, supports gauge or absolute pressure measurement. It can be integrated into smart pressure transmitter housing, compatible with 4-20mA+HART electronic board. Anti-corrosion wetted material makes it suitable for water, oil and light corrosive medium. This part is commonly stocked as maintenance spare for on-site transmitter repair.

Working principle

Process pressure acts on the metal diaphragm, transfers stress to the piezoresistive sensing chip.

The chip converts mechanical strain into millivolt electrical signal. The internal compensation circuit offsets temperature drift. The signal is then sent to transmitter electronic board for amplification and conversion to standard 4-20mA output.

Installation
