Module Feature

35100004-1 is an industrial sensing assembly used for process or turbomachinery monitoring system.

It adopts corrosion resistant metal housing, integrated internal sensing element and signal lead. It transfers physical variable signal to matched transmitter or monitoring rack module. It has good anti-vibration and temperature stability, widely stocked as maintenance spare for power plant, petrochemical and factory instrument cabinet.

Working principle

The built-in sensing element captures physical variation signal and converts it into weak electrical signal.

Signal is transmitted to matched signal conditioning module for amplification and filtering, then converted into standard signal for DCS or monitoring system. The assembly continuously outputs raw signal according to process condition. It will trigger abnormal alarm when sensor open circuit or signal deviation occurs.

Onboard components

Sensing element, internal lead wire, sealed metal housing, signal terminal, strain relief and sealing fitting.

LED indicators

No local LED indicator, status is displayed on matched monitoring module.

Hardware self‑diagnosis

Diagnosis is finished by matched monitor system, detects sensor open circuit, short circuit and signal out of range. Configuration and fault checking use system dedicated configuration software.

Programming softwareSystem dedicated instrument commissioning tool, used for range setting, signal trim and fault log reading.

Installation

Isolate instrument power and process condition before replacement.

Install according to mounting direction, fix bracket firmly, avoid strong vibration impact, check signal loop and verify signal value after commissioning.
