Details

This 3KU1-827 is an eddy current proximity probe for rotating machinery protection system. The internal coil generates high-frequency alternating magnetic field. Eddy current will be induced on the metal target surface when it gets close to the probe. The gap variation is converted into standard voltage signal by matching preamplifier. It can continuously monitor shaft vibration, thrust displacement and shaft position. The measurement is not affected by oil film, steam and non-metallic medium, suitable for long-term online condition monitoring of high-speed rotating equipment.
