Feature & Principle

The internal sensing coil generates high-frequency alternating magnetic field. Eddy current will be induced on the surface of the metal rotating shaft when it enters the magnetic field. The impedance variation of the coil is converted into linear voltage signal, which reflects the gap distance between probe and shaft. Non-contact design eliminates mechanical wear, built-in shielding structure suppresses electromagnetic interference on site.
