Module Feature

822-1033-100 is an industrial printed circuit board assembly for distributed control system.

It provides signal isolation, sampling conversion and backplane data transmission for field analog and digital signals. It adopts hot-swap compatible design, widely used for old process control cabinet spare replacement in chemical and power industry.

Working principle

Field instrument signals are conditioned and isolated by onboard circuit.

Process data is transmitted to the main controller through backplane bus. Isolation components suppress electromagnetic interference generated by on-site heavy equipment.

Installation

Cut off cabinet power before replacement, insert the board into matched slot and lock the fixing buckle.

Wire field instrument cables according to schematic, verify bus communication and signal sampling after power on.
