The Allen-Bradley 1756-IB32 is a ControlLogix 32-point 12/24 VDC sinking digital input module, organized in two independent groups of 16 points.

Accepts 10-31.2 VDC field signals; 5.5 mA max per channel; 36-pin removable terminal block; backplane 5.1 VDC 120 mA plus 24 VDC 2 mA.

250 V continuous isolation input-to-backplane; no isolation between individual inputs; supports producer/consumer tag data exchange.

It reads discrete field sensor/switch signals into a ControlLogix controller as spare input card.
