Products Description
Allen-Bradley 1756-RM Redundancy Module

Feature & Principle
It is a dedicated redundancy management module for Rockwell ControlLogix platform. A pair of 1756-RM modules are installed in two separate racks, connected by dedicated fiber cable. It continuously synchronizes program, tag data and chassis status between primary and standby controllers. When the main controller fails, it triggers bumpless switchover to the standby controller to keep the control system running. It monitors redundancy link health, provides fault diagnosis and status indication, configured by Studio 5000 / RSLogix5000 software. This model is widely used for critical process control that requires zero downtime.
