Feature & Principle

It is Allen Bradley GU-D08 integrated SGCT gate drive board, built-in SGCT gate commutated thyristor chip. It receives control pulse from main control board, outputs drive signal to control SGCT turn-on and turn-off. It integrates sampling, pulse shaping, fault feedback and high voltage isolation circuit, strong anti-interference capability, used inside medium voltage inverter power cell. This model is obsolete, only for maintenance spare replacement.
