Altus AL2017 Module

The Altus AL2017 (PCB assembly 1400-521) is the redundant coprocessor board used with AL-2003/AL-2004 CP and Ethernet interface modules (AL-3405/3412/3414) in redundant ALNET II PLC architecture.

It synchronizes redundant CP operation and carries ALNET II over TCP/IP to supervisory stations; mounts on the AL-2000 series backplane bus.

Board supports failover architecture where the standby CP assumes control on active failure.
