Feature & Principle

It is a high-power hot-swappable AC power module manufactured by Astec for Cisco 7600 series core routers. It converts mains alternating current into multiple groups of stable DC voltages to supply power to the router main control board, line card and fan components. It supports online hot replacement without shutting down the whole device, and can work in redundant parallel mode. Built-in overvoltage, overcurrent, overheat and short-circuit protection functions to ensure stable operation of core communication equipment.
