System compatibilityPF3009-C-HW belongs to Atlas Copco Tensor 3-9 series single-tool tightening controller. Compatible with Tensor 3-9 series electric nutrunner tools. It is the basic C version without integrated fieldbus, supporting optional fieldbus module expansion. It can connect with PLC and MES after installing bus card for fastening result upload and production traceability.

FunctionPF3009-C-HW is compact torque-angle control base unit for automated bolt assembly. It supports multi-step tightening sequences, real-time torque-angle curve monitoring and OK/NOK fastening judgement. It stores fastening history records and supports parameter backup, built-in emergency stop safety relay. Profibus DP, DeviceNet or Interbus communication can be realized via optional communication module, widely used for automotive component and heavy machinery assembly stations.

InstallationCut off power before installation. Mount controller inside electrical cabinet. Connect AC power, tool motor cable and signal wiring. Install optional fieldbus module if required. Configure tightening programs via ToolsTalk software. Complete tool calibration and test tightening before online operation.
