Module Feature

BTS10-1/2-24-RL-734 belongs to Baldor BTS10 series rack mount servo drive. It is a plug-in rack servo amplifier,designed for Staubli robotic systems and high-precision automation machinery. It supports closed-loop position,speed and torque control. Equipped with encoder feedback interface,digital I/O and bus communication. Widely applied in robotic arms,precision machining and automated production equipment.

Working principle

The drive receives motion command from upper controller,calculates current output through internal DSP. It outputs PWM power waveform to servo motor. Encoder feeds back real-time rotor position and speed to realize closed-loop motion control. Built-in protection circuit monitors current,voltage and temperature.
