Module Feature

VFSWDM3538-E belongs to Baldor all stainless steel washdown duty three-phase squirrel-cage induction motor. Rated 0.5HP,1770RPM,208/230/460VAC,NEMA 56C footless C-face frame,TENV totally enclosed non-ventilated construction. Full stainless steel housing,sealed O-ring design,stainless hardware and internal shaft sealing structure,good resistance against high pressure washdown,water and cleaning chemical. NEMA Design B torque curve,NEMA Premium efficiency,Class F insulation,continuous duty. Widely used in food,beverage and pharmaceutical sanitary processing lines.

Working principle

Three-phase alternating current creates rotating magnetic field inside stator winding to drive squirrel-cage rotor. TENV design dissipates heat by natural convection through stainless steel housing without external fan. C-face flange allows direct coupling to sanitary pumps and gearboxes. Multiple sealing structures prevent moisture and cleaning liquid from penetrating motor interior.

Installation
