133396‑01 is external‑terminal I/O daughter‑board dedicated for Bently Nevada 3500/53 electronic overspeed detection module. It must install on rear side of 3500/53 front‑panel module and cannot operate alone.
It adopts detachable green external plug‑in terminals for field wiring,receives pulse signal from proximity probe or magnetic pickup. It supplies‑24V transducer power for sensor,transmits raw speed signal to 3500/53 front card for speed calculation,overspeed judgment and 4‑20mA recorder output.
One 3500/53 front module matches one piece of 133396‑01 for single‑channel speed input. 133397‑01 is internal‑terminal variant. Multiple sets of 3500/53+133396‑01 can be combined to build 2‑out‑of‑2 or 2‑out‑of‑3 overspeed voting protection system,comply with API‑670 standard.
Note: This is legacy 3500 series spare component,widely used for replacement of turbine and compressor TSI monitoring & protection systems.
