3500/53 is dedicated electronic overspeed detection module for Bently Nevada 3500 TSI machinery protection rack. Single card provides one speed input channel,multiple 3500/53 modules work together to build 2‑out‑of‑2 or 2‑out‑of‑3 overspeed protection voting system.
It accepts signal from proximity probe or magnetic pickup,realizes shaft speed measurement,overspeed / low‑speed alarm judgment,peak‑speed latch and online self‑test function. Relay response time less than 30ms,provides fast hardware protection trip signal. It also provides 4‑20mA recorder proportional output for speed value.
Supports hot‑swap replacement. Different I/O sub‑boards can be selected for internal terminal or external terminal field wiring. It is widely used for steam turbine and gas turbine overspeed protection application.
Note: This is legacy 3500 series spare component,widely used for replacement of turbine and compressor TSI monitoring & protection systems.
