135473‑01 is isolated keyphasor I/O rear daughter‑board for Bently Nevada 3500/25 enhanced keyphasor front‑panel module,must be paired with 3500/25 front‑panel and cannot work alone.
It adopts internal barrier and internal screw terminal design,provides 2‑channel galvanic isolated input,mainly for magnetic‑pickup speed‑sensor signal access,also compatible with external‑powered eddy‑current keyphasor probe. 1500V opto‑isolation separates field side from rack backplane,suppresses ground loop interference when keyphasor signal is paralleled to multiple devices.
This I/O sub‑board will bring slight phase offset,mainly applied for shaft speed measurement;phase‑critical applications need to evaluate phase‑shift influence. Internal barrier supports hazardous‑area field wiring. Installed on rear side of 3500/25 front‑panel,transmits conditioned keyphasor pulse signal to front‑panel for speed calculation and phase reference for other monitor modules.
Note:This is legacy EOL spare component,widely used for replacement of turbine and compressor TSI monitoring & protection systems.
