It provides special grounding path for 3500/04 intrinsic safety barrier circuit. It is used when proximity probes are installed in hazardous explosive area,realize intrinsically‑safe isolation and grounding protection for field sensor signals. Field sensors connect to terminals on this I/O sub‑board,communicate with monitor front‑panel via rack backplane connector.

This is half‑height rear daughter‑board,fits behind 3500/04 slot. Widely used for TSI monitoring loops where rotating machinery locate in hazardous classified area.

Note:This is legacy EOL spare component,widely used for replacement of turbine and compressor TSI monitoring & protection systems.
