3500/40M 176449‑01 is four‑channel proximitor monitor front‑panel module for Bently Nevada 3500‑TSI machinery protection system,must be equipped with matched rear I/O sub‑board and cannot run independently.

It receives eddy‑current probe signal from supporting I/O sub‑board,configured by 3500 rack configuration software. Channels work in pair mode,channel 1‑2 as one group,channel3‑4 as another group,support same or different measurement functions. It supports alert and danger programmable alarm threshold,output machinery protection interlock signal.

Two optional I/O sub‑boards for selection:125680‑01 internal terminal;126646‑01 external terminal. Support TMR triple‑modular‑redundant architecture,front‑panel supports hot‑swap without rack power‑off. Widely used for shaft position and vibration monitoring loop of steam turbine,gas turbine and compressor.
