3500/22M 288055‑01 is TDI transient data interface module for Bently Nevada 3500‑TSI machinery protection rack,combines rack interface RIM and high‑speed transient data acquisition function. Installed in slot1 next to power supply,each 3500 rack requires one TDI module.
It communicates with all M‑series monitor modules inside rack,collects static measurement values,alarm event and high‑speed transient waveform data. Static data is available by default;transient waveform acquisition needs optional channel enable disk license. Support copper Ethernet,fiber Ethernet and front‑panel USB‑B local configuration port,transmit data to System‑1 diagnostic host for rotating machinery condition analysis and fault diagnosis.
This is communication module only,it does not participate in hardware protection trip logic,will not impact protection function when module fault. Front‑panel supports hot‑swap without rack power‑off,no rear I/O daughter‑board needed. Widely deployed on steam turbine and compressor TSI monitoring system.
Note:This is legacy EOL spare component,widely used for replacement of turbine and compressor TSI monitoring & protection systems.
