The Custom Control Sensors (CCS) 646GZEM1-7026 is a 646GZE series DUAL-SNAP explosion-proof pressure switch for hazardous-area pressure monitoring.

The snap-action diaphragm element drives an SPDT/DPDT relay on rising pressure, with field-adjustable setpoint and approximate deadband.

The 316 stainless steel 1/2" female NPT port, polyimide diaphragm and Viton O-ring resist process media.

The aluminum housing carries Class 1 Div/Zone 1 Groups A-D explosion-proof rating and dual-seal certification.

It is used as spare replacement in oil, gas and process alarm/trip circuits in hazardous areas.
