Function

EC4800A88-E6 is high-performance Layer3 PoE+ aggregation switch. 48 gigabit PoE+ RJ45 ports supply power and data for wireless AP, IP cameras and IP terminals. Dual combo SFP ports support gigabit fiber downlink or uplink; two SFP+ ports realize 10G high-speed uplink to core network. It supports static & dynamic routing, VLAN, STP/RSTP/MSTP, Fabric Connect, LACP link aggregation, ACL, QoS and multicast protocols. It monitors port link state, PoE power consumption, power supply status, system temperature and fan health, and generates hardware fault alarms. Used for enterprise campus PoE aggregation networks.

Installation

Mount the switch on standard 19-inch 1U rack. Install hot-swappable AC power supply and connect power cord. Insert SFP/SFP+ transceivers and fiber patch cords for uplink. Connect console port for initial configuration. Verify boot,port link,PoE output and routing function before commissioning.
