Summit X250e-48tDC is 1U stackable Fast Ethernet non-PoE access switch designed for -48V DC telecom power environment. 48×10/100 copper ports connect desktop terminals and network equipment. Two combo gigabit ports provide flexible uplink selection via copper or fiber. Dedicated SummitStack ports merge multiple switches under one management domain. Supports 802.1X authentication, VLAN segmentation and hardware QoS for voice and video traffic. External EPS-150DC redundant DC power connector improves system reliability. Widely deployed for telecom site, factory and remote building legacy wired access spare replacement.

InstallationFollow ESD protection procedure. Mount switch to standard 19-inch 1U rack. Wire -48V DC power cable to terminal block. Install EPS-150DC external redundant PSU if required. Insert 1G SFP transceiver for fiber uplink. Deploy SummitStack cable for multi-unit stacking. Access serial console port for initial ExtremeXOS configuration, set VLAN, ACL and QoS policy. Verify stack synchronization and port connectivity after power-up.
