FunctionX460-24XDC is stackable Layer3 fiber switch powered by 48V DC. 24 SFP ports connect to remote building end devices; four SFP+ ports provide 10G uplink to aggregation switches. It supports wire-speed Layer2 switching,Layer3 routing,VLAN,STP/RSTP/MSTP,LACP link aggregation,ACL,QoS and multicast snooping. It monitors optical module DDM,port link status,system temperature,DC power and fan health, and sends hardware fault alarms. Used for enterprise campus and telecom environment fiber edge networks.

InstallationMount the switch on standard 19-inch 1U rack. Install hot-swappable 48V DC power supplies and fan tray. Insert SFP/SFP+ transceivers and fiber patch cords. Install stacking module if required. Connect console port for ExtremeXOS configuration. Verify boot,port optical link and stacking function before commissioning.
