Details

This Festo HGDT-63-A (540871) is a three-point synchronous pneumatic gripper, double-acting structure. The three jaws move synchronously to realize centering clamping, which can be used for both internal expansion gripping and external clamping of circular workpieces. It adopts T-slot guide structure, and the guide rail can be protected by sealing air to reduce dust intrusion. The repeated positioning accuracy reaches ≤0.03mm. It can cooperate with proximity switches for position feedback detection. Widely used in automated assembly, lathe loading and unloading, packaging and handling, for clamping shafts, bushings, circular blanks and other rotary parts.
