FunctionTS350-8 is immersion temperature transmitter manufactured by Fireye. Platinum RTD sensing element detects medium temperature and converts temperature value into standard 4-20mA linear analog signal and transmits to matched combustion controller. Stainless steel thermowell protects sensing probe from soot and medium corrosion. Factory pre-calibrated, no field adjustment required. It monitors boiler water temperature or stack exhaust temperature for combustion optimization and over-temperature protection. The long 8-inch probe is suitable for deep insertion into pipelines or vessels. Widely deployed for industrial boiler and furnace flame continuous monitoring and spare replacement.

InstallationFollow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Mount TS350-8 onto vessel or flue tapping port via 1/2" NPT thread. Insert the 8-inch probe fully into medium or flue gas flow. Run two-core #18AWG shielded cable to PPC4000 / BurnerLogix controller, strictly follow Fireye wiring schematic. Power on and verify 4-20mA signal reading during burner commissioning.
