Function

YP138 is plug-in programmer timing module manufactured by Fireye. It defines full burner operating sequence and safety timing parameters for BurnerLogix chassis. It supports non-recycle modulating burner operation with open damper proving. It provides indefinite pilot hold during lightoff phase, and can revert automatically to pilot firing from high fire mode by terminal 16 signal. The module controls pre-purge, pilot trial for ignition (PTFI), main flame trial for ignition (MTFI) and post-purge cycle. If flame loss occurs during firing, 4s FFRT triggers safety lockout and cuts fuel supply to prevent explosion hazard. All timing parameters can be edited via BurnerLogix display. Widely deployed for gas and oil modulating boiler burner sequence control and spare replacement.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Cut off power supply of BurnerLogix chassis. Insert YP138 programmer module firmly into chassis programmer slot. Restore power, configure purge timing, pilot mode and damper proving function via BLV512 or BLL510 display. Execute cold sequence test and burner firing commissioning, verify pilot hold and flame loss lockout timing.
