Module Feature

Fisher 4150K belongs to Wizard II series self-contained pneumatic pressure controller. Function

4150K is field-mounted pneumatic pressure controller manufactured by Fisher. It senses process pressure locally and automatically adjusts valve opening without electrical power. It can suppress pressure fluctuation and stabilize pipeline pressure. Direct actuator mounting saves installation space. It is widely used for pressure regulating loop without power supply.

Installation

Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Isolate process pipeline. Mount controller on pipe stand or valve actuator. Connect process pressure sampling line and instrument air supply. Perform setpoint calibration and run stability test.

Interface

1/4"NPT process pressure port, 1/4"NPT supply air and output air ports, mounting bracket, no LED indicators on 4150K.

Diagnostic

Pressure control unstable: Sensing element damage or nozzle blockage. No output pressure: Supply air lost or relay fault. Setpoint drift: Spring fatigue or flapper wear.
