Products Description
Fisher 627-1217-29855 Pressure Regulator

Technical Specifications
Model:627-1217-29855 Brand:Fisher Product Type: Self-operated spring loaded pressure reducing regulator
Module Feature
Fisher 627-1217-29855 belongs to 627 series direct operated pressure reducing regulator. It uses spring and diaphragm sensing structure to reduce upstream high gas pressure to stable downstream pressure. No external power supply required. Suitable for natural gas, nitrogen, air and other non-corrosive gas medium. Widely used in gas pipeline, burner and industrial gas supply system.
Working principle: Self-operated pressure sensing and pressure reduction Onboard components: Diaphragm assembly, valve plug, seat ring, set spring, adjusting screw, valve body
LED indicators
Not equipped
Hardware self-diagnosis
Visual inspection, pressure setpoint test, seat leakage test, pressure stability inspection
Programming software
No dedicated software required
Pressure Parameters
Medium:Non-corrosive gas Inlet pressure:Max rated inlet pressure depends on valve size Output pressure range:Configurable by spring selection
Mechanical & Structure
Mounting: Pipeline horizontal installation Protection class:IP66
Environmental
Operating temperature:-40℃ ~ +80℃ Ambient humidity:5~95% non-condensing Certification:CE Status:Fisher 627 series pressure regulator
System compatibility
Used independently on gas pipeline for pressure reduction, can be fitted with pressure gauge and relief valve for gas supply loop.
Function
627-1217-29855 is self-operated pressure regulator manufactured by Fisher. It automatically maintains stable downstream pressure when inlet pressure or flow changes. When downstream pressure rises, diaphragm force pushes plug to reduce flow. It is widely used for gas pressure reduction without electricity.
Installation
Follow lockout/tagout safety procedure before installation. Isolate pipeline. Install regulator on horizontal pipe with spring chamber upright. Install inlet filter and pressure gauge. Set downstream pressure by adjusting spring screw, test pressure stability and seat leakage.
Interface
Flange or NPT threaded pipeline connection, pressure tapping port, no LED indicators on 627-1217-29855.
Diagnostic
Downstream pressure unstable: Diaphragm damage or seat wear. Cannot reach set pressure: Spring fatigue or inlet pressure insufficient. Continuous internal leakage: Seat surface erosion and damage.
